Transaction Search - filter problem

I have created a saved transaction search, and I am having a problem with one of the filters.

One filter is "account".  The drop down menu shows a list of all of our accounts, however, there is no option to display "all" - I am only able to display one at a time. 

At the top of the list, there is a blank space, however, when I select this, I get an error message that says "an unexpected error has occurred".  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong - any help would be appreciated.
