Shipping Costs vs. Shipping Revenue

I would like to create a report that would show shipping costs (by PO) and shipping revenue (by SO), so I could see whether we are covering our shipping costs on a sales order by sales order basis.  Anyone have any ideas on how this could be accomplished?
