Knowledge Base - Links to all solutions broken w/ 11.0.6?

Upgraded to 11.0.6, and all of the sudden all of my solutions are not viewable.

Background:
- we have created a separate tab for our internal KB
- tab show up fine, as do topics, and sub-topics
- when clicking on a link that would go directly to a solution, get an "unexpected error"
- this same unexpected error occurs across all users / machines / roles / different browsers.

NetSuite CSR (after 1 hr researching this) found nothing.  I couldn't be the first/only customer to use/find this bug regarding broken links in published solutions, can I?

Attempted solutions:
- edit solution, remove topic, save, edit again, re-add topic
