Customer Parent Child relationship

I have a parent customer who signed a pricing contract with us.  There are approximately 50 children associated with this parent.  I need the parent customers pricing to be carried over to the children but I also need each child pricing to have ability for additional exclusive pricing. 

I was told this was not available and no enhancement would be filed.  WHAT IS THAT?  NO ENHANCEMENT.  I guess just one client is not of importance to them.  Go Figure!
