Avg Days to Pay pt 2

JMU has a good question with regards to getting average days to pay for customers. We know now that there is a KPI that can display it in the customers dashboard, but how can we get it to show on a list or report?

I'd like to be able to generate a list of those customers whose average days to pay is greater than x days. How can we do this?
