Building a bespoke report

Hi, sorry I'm still a bit of newb with reporting, and i've been asked to make a bespoke report.

I have created and customized reports in the past so I am aware of the UI etc. but I am a little confused of the limitations that are presented to me when building the report.

It'll be easier to first explain the report i'm after:

---Sales Rep Name
------ Class (grouped by the above)
------ Sales Orders ($)
------ Pipeline ($)
------ Quota ($)
------ Percentage of Quota (%)

When creating or customizing I'm restricted by the metrics and what data I can choose... I can't find anything which will let me use Sales ORders, Forecast, Quota, Sales Rep, Pipeline all together.
