Email report to a group?

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to email a report to a group?  As far as I can tell it is not possible (clicking list next to recipient shows customer, vendor, employee and partner), but you can email (cc anyway) to pretty much anything from an entity record (emailing to a lead lets you cc a contact, customer, employee, group, other name, partner, vendor).

Can someone elaborate on this restriction?  It would be very helpful to be able to send reports to a group (and really the other categories as well).
