Wrong Grand Total on Formula Field
Hi, I've created a custom report (based on the Customer Profitability Detail) for a customer which simply multiplies the Item Purchase Price * Quantity in a formula field. I checked the box to give me a Grand Total on that formula field. The Grand Total does not add up to the sum of the values in the column. This is a bug. I've reported the bug to support over 2 months ago. They agreed it is a bug yet there is no priority on this issue, however it seriously affects my customers ability to track costs on a per job basis.
Are there any suggestions as to how to achieve the same result? Better yet, is there any way to get this escalated so it is resolved?
