Sales Reps Leads Reports
Hi,
I want to create a Report or Saved Search that gives me the following,
How many leads that rep was assigned in a week, month, or whatever range. This one was easy via "Count" in Results SubTab.
Problem is the additional fields,
i want to have 3 columns, Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 and Lead Dead which are check boxes in NS.
So as the Sales Reps go over each step with the lead they go marking the check boxes to "Yes". If lead falls and doesnt continue, we mark it as "Dead".
Via Group I was able to have the list of all Sales Reps, and via Count of how many leads were created for them in a week, for example.
