Custom Sales Tax Liability by Tax Item

We are a US Company that's selling to Canadian Customers in CAN Funds.
On this report I exposed the Exchange Rate, BUT it rounds it to 2 digits when the bulk of our rates are 4 digits.  Is there a way for me to show the correct exchange rate, without it being rounded?
