Saved Search Criteria needed: Hours since case opened - is this possible?

I am trying to created a saved search based upon the hours since a case has been opened; has anybody been able to do that.  When I use the date created, the most granular I can get is days. 

I really need to create a search showing all of the unassigned cases that are older than 2 hours - is this possible and if so, how?
