Custom Support ticket report
I'm setting up NetSuite as our help desk ticket system and would like to create a report that when run will show me all comments. The comments would be used for each interaction with the customer (notes from each call or work on ticket, etc).
The problem I have that I have not been able to find a way to enter in comments daily as seperate items (where you would have a heading, then teh comment/note detail) in the ticket and be able to report on all the comments made. The end goal is a report showing all open tickets, all comments made in each ticket. I have tried using "user notes" and the activities interaction fields which do not appear as custom options within the reports section.
