Emailing Reports
Hi guys
I'd like to know if there is a way to control how NS emails out reports.
My boss just made a financial report and clicked email, he then selected a bunch of contacts to CC the message to, without realising that NS had automatically selected the main recipient, which is the first Company in our DB that has a populated email address field.
I know he should have been more observant but NS made it very easy to send our projected figures out to a customer.
How can I control this feature so that recipients must be explicitly added? The only thing I can think of right now is to remove the address from every company in our DB.
