Partner Search

I have what I think should be a very simple search but has turned out to be very difficult. I have spent several hours on the phone with NS C/S with no resolution.

We are lenders and during the underwriting process it is necessary to inform the broker (Partner) of the latest updates and to notify them of any additional docs needed.

What I'm looking for is a saved search that will retrieve the partner information from the lead form so that we may send regular updates to the broker that sent the lead to us.

It seems to me that this should be a basic function of the software but maybe I'm missing something.
