Aged Lead Follow Up Report

Hi Everyone -

I would like to create a report for my sales managers that shows the aged status of leads assigned to a sales rep.  In particular - I want to filter and how leads that have been assigned but have had no action taken by the sales rep.

We get our leads through a web form.  That form then sends an auto reply message introducing them to their sales rep and saying that they will be contacted in 2 business days.

I want a report that tells me when we miss this commitment so that the sames manager can then  handle the lead themselves or assign it to another rep.
