Abandoned Shopping Cart Report
Another reporting question here...
I ran my Abandoned Shopping Cart Report and Shopping Cart Analysis Activity reports today. I was surprised to learn that since going live in April, we've had over 2,000,000 products put into shopping carts. This is quite surprising, in that we usually sell a couple thousand items a month. I was baffled as to why our revenue hadn't increased exponentially so I started digging a little deeper.
It turns out that somebody had, on two separate occasions, put over 1,000,000 items into their shopping cart and then abandoned it. Obviously, this skews our numbers rather significantly and I don't want to manually back these numbers out every time I have to run a report.
