AR Aging Summary Report

We customized the AR Aging Summary Report to pull a custom field called "In Legal" so Collections knows if the customer's file is already turned over to the Legal Department.  BUT we would like to have this report Summarized more (have the projects roll up to the Customer level so it's not so long) BUT still see if they have been turned over to Legal.  If I roll up the AR Aging Report we can't see the "In Legal" yes or no if the customer had any projects.  If they didn't have projects it shows fine.
Any suggestions?
