Reports Timeout in Version 11
Is anyone else experiencing the following:
- Standard, out-of-the-box reports time out
- Those same reports fail when you "alert me when ready"
- When reports do show up, drill downs time out
We are experiencing all of these issues in Version 11, but did not have this issue in the last version.
When notifying support of the issue their response to the case was "works as designed." Their workaround was to run reports in the background. This either results in a report failure, or it could take up to 10 hours to get information.
If anyone else is having this problem we should find an enhancement attach our names - it seems like the only way to move things forward.
