How to list campaign non-respondees in a Saved Search?
Hi
Can anyone tell me how I can use the Campaigns Fields 'Result' and 'Comment' in a Saved Search. You can see them in a Campaign Detail Report and also on the Marketing Tab of a customer record.
I want to be able to generate lists of people who were sent a campaign email, but either did not open it, or it bounced. This is becuase I want to send them another email.
The only way I have found to do this is to export to csv the Campaign Detail Report, which shows all the different types of responses and non-responses. Then there is a lengthy and tedious clean up of this data before I can import it back in (populating a custom field) which I then create a saved search and finally a group off.
