Custom Search that pulls only customers with a company name

I want to segment my current customers into businesses and individuals so I can send seperate emails to each group. For some reason I can not figure out how to set the criteria to only pull customers that gave a company name. I know there is better ways to segment from here on but I need to segment my current customers. Any suggestions?
