Time Tracking form Audit Trail?

Our company has to keep track of training time we've spent on our customers so that we can invoice them the over time.  I had created a custom report that pulls those employee times, then we manually plug those figures into a spreadsheet on a monthly basis.  However, mysteriously for certain months those hours have disappeared and I'm not able to locate them (for example the hours for February were 25.25 and now it only shows 11.58 using the exact same report).  The Time Tracking forms do not contain an audit trail or system notes tab, so I was wondering
