Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Organizing saved searches
Hi Everybody,
We've just completed a clean-up of our saved searches and are down to 200 now. There are three enhancements that I'd like to see to help with this. Some of them have been discussed already but I thought I'd consolidate them into one thread and then see about getting an enhancement request going.
1. Folder view applied to saved searches so they can be stored in a logical, organized manner. We've got each search prefaced by Department: which helps a bit but it's still a lot of searches to go through.
2. A description field on the saved search that allows the author to explain what it does. It's hard to fully explain a complex search in the title. I've created a 'Reports and Searches' category for our custom knowlegbase tab and use html to add a description for all popular searches but this is a lot of extra work and not scaleable to 200+ searches.
