Report Problem

I am trying to customize the Payroll Summary report by adding a filter by location.  However, when the popup box comes up where I should be able to select which locations I want, the right side of the box is off the screen, and I am unable to make a selection.

It will not let me drag the box more to the left, and there are no scroll bars on the bottom of the screen.  What is the problem?
