JE Report showing Preparer and Approver

Is there any way to run a report/saved search showing all journal entries posted and showing who prepared the entry and who approved it? 

I have been able to add a custom field showing the employee who entered the entry, but this does not show up on entries that are used to void transactions.  I am also unable to figure out how to get the Approver to show up on a saved search.

Basically, we want a report that shows that all entries were approved by someone different than the preparer.

Any suggestions?
