Second Address Line issues

I am wondering if anyone else is having a problem dealing with addresses that have 2 address lines? i.e.,

Name
Address 1
Address 2
City,
State
Zip

When we have customer records that have an address line 2, everything else in the address block gets pushed out of sync.

If we send a sales order from Netsuite to our external shipping system, the second address line tries to populate the city field etc. etc.  I have to manually retype the address to correct it as all fields are wrongly entered in the external system.

If I run a sales transaction report in Netsuite, any invoice that has a second address line causes the report to drop some address lines so the report just shows:
