Filters at the bottom of Saved Search results broken
I have a user that cannot change the filters at the bottom of any Saved Search results page. He can click on the down arrow next to the criteria to show the list of choices, but when he selects a range from the list, it highlights in blue and then nothing happens. The list of ranges just stays there and nothing happens. This happens on multiple criteria and on multiple reports. It's like NetSuite never gets the trigger to jump to that range.
When I log in an this user from my computer, everything works fine, so I'm guessing this is somehow related to his browser or other configuration. We've cleared all cookies and content and set up the 'Settings' as recommended by NetSuite, but no help.
