Duplicates Detection

Hello,

Currently in the:

Setup > Company > Duplicates Detection

When setting this up you can only do AND matches.
(i.e. Where Name AND Phone are matches.)

Is it possible to do OR checking? Is this something that the software offers?  If not, is it something that could be added?
