Reports help

Hi,

I have two reports (Saved Searches) in mind that aren't working.

I need to know all Customers that have a Return Authorization Refunded and an Open Invoice.

Also, I have Shipping Summary that gives me all Orders Shipped "Today".

What I want to do is split into Morning Shift against Afternoon Shift to compare what team is working harder!

Any input will be appreciated.
