Duplicate Order Search

Most of our Sales Orders come in via the web.  Occasionally a customer will accidentally submit an order twice - well, now that it is our busy season it is happening often.  There are so many orders going through that it is nearly impossible to manually catch these.  Is there a custom search that could be made that would find instances where the customer has multiple orders and they are identical.  With the results, we could easily flag these double orders and call the customer before anything ships out.
