Old address still appearing on reports
We're having a problem where our old address still appears on some reports and things like payment receipts. Whenever we process a payment, and then email the payment receipt to the custom, it shows our previous address.
I changed the address in every area of netsuite I could find. Most of the reports are fine, sales orders, invoices, etc... but it's the ones not used as often that have the wrong address and I can't find where to change it.
If anyone can tell me how I can change our address for the payment receipt, I would greatly appreciate it.
