Report or Search on Multi-Select Fields

Hello-

My company provides software-as-a-service for auto dealerships and I am looking for a solution to a franchise report (or search) that we require.  I would like to create a simple report that counts the number of franchise dealer customer we currently work with for each OEM that sells cars in the US and would like it to be on one report or search.

A dealership can have multiple franchises at one location - so we use a multi-select field to identify which franchises reside at each location. 

What I would like to see in this report:
Franchise                     Count
Acura                                 9
