Basic Sale to Return (Authorization) Ratio

Hi all,

First season with Netsuite and I am learning how to get a handle of customizing the many reporting features.   I am trying to put together a ratio of quantity sold of a certain item, to the quantity returned of the same item, maybe use the formula function to get a percentage as to the chances of something getting returned.  I'm not quite sure what report I need to use as a template to get both numbers to show up on the same report.  Any feedback on this would be great.
