Report Scheduler

What problems have people had with the scheduler?

When I first discovered this tool I thought it would be of fantastic benefit.

We then ran into problems of timing because NetSuite couldnt tell me at what time of the day a report would be run.  Would it come out before working hours, during working hours or after? 

That was fixed but we now have run into another problem, with reports not coming out in with the criteria specified on them.  We set the report for last 12 months and it came out like this for many weeks then suddenly it includes only the current month.
