Scheduled Searches
I desperately need to create a scheduled search that sends a sales rep a list of customers assigned to him only. At present if I try this it sends a full list of customers and appears to remove the criteria I've created of Sales Rep = Mine. The same is also true when I email a report directly out of NetSuite - even though the search shows exactly what I would expect when viewing the results, when I email out this search it returns a full list of values for all Sales Reps?!!
I've noticed that there is some improvements in this areas in 2008.1 but could someone tell me definitively is this will be fixed in the update or whether I will need to create an ER for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated as always!
