Customer Payment Report

I am looking for a report/search/view that shows customer payments and which invoices they have been applied to.

Does anything like this exist?

What I'm ultimately trying to do is make sure that all payments received have been applied to the invoices.

I have experimented with a search for payments but whenever I add a results column for applying or applied transaction those coulmns never have any data. Yet if I goto a payment I can see the invoice # it is applied to.
