Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Invoice Date AND Payment Date on Cash Basis Sales Reports
Is there any way to include the Invoice Date on Cash Basis Sales Reports?
If a report is done on Cash Basis, the date shown is the date of the Payment applied to the Invoice. I need add another column in my report that shows the actual invoice date. Date Created does not work, because an Invoice can be dated other than the date it is created. Not to mention the fact that we recently migrated to NS from QuickBooks and the Date Created on 95% of our invoices is the date the import was done.
Example: I create an Invoice on June 2 and date it for an order that was placed on May 31. The Invoice is paid in full on June 10. On Cash Basis, that transaction is listed with a date of June 10. I need another column that tells me that Invoice was dated for May 31.
