Custom Reports on a Sales persons dashboard

Is there something I am missing, maybe a permission setting or something that would allow the customized reports that I make, show up on the sales person role?
For instance I created a custom report and snapshot view that I want my sales people to have on their dashboards. However in Customize View, Report snapshots, there is only the Standard tab and no custom tab or sales management view so I could add the new custom report.
Does anyone know how to get this to work?? I am hoping it is just an easy permission that needs to be added to the sales person role.
