Report showing shipping fees charged

I am trying to generate a report that will tell me the total amount that we have charged customers for shipping in the year 2007.  I cannot seem to figure this one out.  Since we discount shipping, it is not the same as what we have paid to the carriers.
If anyone can help me find this, it would be appreciated.

On Edit:  just finally found another older thread asking for same thing and apparently this is not a report that can be generated in NS.
