Income Statement for Sales by Partner

I am trying to build an Income Statement for Sales by Specific Sales by Partner.

I have customized the standard Income Statement and selected certain partners and the no Partner Option to come up with the partners I want to view.
This works and shows me the amount of sales for that group.

However the Cost of Sales is not affected by that filter and shows me the cost of sales for all the sales in that time period.

How can I have the same filter apply to Cost of Sales that applies to Sales.
Filtering by partner works for the Income / Sales part - but not for the Cost of Sales.
