Report showing bin numbers with zero on hand

I already posted something on this last November.

I need to run a report showing inventory item number and the bin number assigned to it whether there is stock on hand or not.  Problem is, items with no stock on hand show up on the report with the bin being blank.

I contacted Netsuite - Enhancement 126862 -  and to date there appears to have been no action at all.  It was suggested on this forum that this can be done with a physical inventory worksheet but I have tried this numerous times with the same result  - blank bins for zero stock on hand items.
