Partner Report

As a new user of Netsuite, I am struggling to create a report that shows:-

Partner detail, with their referrals listed. We wish to make a monthly report that shows each "uncompleted" client with the notes showing progress and next activity.

We would also like a page break for each partner so we can print in a batch rather than run the report for each individual partner.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - the report builder is driving me mad!!
