Help needed - Cannot find main field for Custom Report
Hi All
I have tried in vain within the Reports area to create a list of all customers who have purchased a specific item by filtering on what they have bought (i.e. Item = "name of item") and the field "Customer Category" which appears on the Customer Tab (main page).
For some reason, when trying to create the report, every other field appears apart from this one. I thought that "Customer Category" was a standard field and we have populated it with specific information. I know it appears under Set Up > Accounting > Accounting Lists but it just won't appear in the reports area for me to filter on.
