New user -- can't get Age in Hours?

Hello,

I am working on a Saved Search but I am relatively new to formulas. Does anyone have any advice on how to display "Age in Hours" as a result on a Case search? There are built-in choices for Age in Days, Weeks, etc -- but nothing for Age in Hours (how many hours a Case has been open).
