Searching for invoices w/specific text in description field
Hi all -
Could someone advise me how to search for invoices or transactions in general that have specific text in the description field on the line items of the invoice?
For example, we deal in manufacturing and have to pay tooling charges. We have an "other charge" item called "tooling charge" for this. And in the description, I will put "50% deposit for tooling for item X" or something to that effect. Unfortunately, since this is not linked to the actual "item X" record itself, it's hard for me to recall whether the tooling payments have been properly processed.
I'm wondering if I can search for all invoices that are for "tooling charge" and have "item X" in the description field. Does anyone know how to do this?
