tricky lead search

ok got a search created to track leads in teh current week, it uses "this week to date" the problem is it only runs from monday onwards and we work monday to friday, the result is that leads from 5pm on the friday until the monday are not shown.

Is there any way to add in a custom date range so that i can create this search once and forget about it?
