Duplicated lines on Transaction Search
Sales Orders (from CSV import) are each showing on two lines, like the following:
Internal ID....Name.............Amount.......Date....*
101.............CompanyA.......$100........4/9/08....*
101.............CompanyA.......$100........4/9/08
102.............CompanyB.......$200........4/8/08....*
102.............CompanyB.......$200........4/8/08
Note that the first time each transaction displays, it has an asterisk.
