Searches

I'm trying to create a saved search.  Regardless of what I call the search, I get the error:  

A search has already been saved with that name. Please use a different name.

  when I try to save it.

I've created saved searches before and they have worked fine.  I have admin privileges, so that isn't my problem.

Any ideas?  Is this a bug or a **gasp** user error?
