Sales Rep Report

I'm trying to see if there is a way to count the number of leads a sales rep gets in a day and then divide that by the sum of his sales orders.  This give us an "efficiency rating" - basically how much money a sales person brought in per lead.  We do all kinds of reporting like this in Excel, but it would be more useful in Netsuite. 
Any ideas would be helpful.
