Timeout/Saved Search

I need to run a search against our customers and leads and export it to csv.  When I try and run the report directly using the export link it times out.  No problem, I schedule it to run overnight and it does. 

The issue is that the file that's sent to my email only has 10,000 rows in it.  My result set should be substantially more than that.  So I try the link included in the email "View Results" and that just times out again.

So the question is, how do I get the full results of my search?
