Linking employees time to a case in ODBC

I need to create a report using ODBC that shows all open cases and time spent to date on the case.

I cannot seem to find the link between cases (ODBC table: _SUPPORT_INCIDENTS) with the field CASE_ID and the time record (ODBC _EMPLOYEE_TIME)

What am I missing - any help most appreciated!
